Vintage WFL Ludwig 12 inch tom for drum set percussion drummer percussionist old

Good condition for its age with only some signs of use. 12 diameter .  has some extra holes, but they should be covered by the lugs once you put it back together. good for restoration or parts. lugs are rusty and need polishing. does not have badge. bearing edges are pretty good. what you see is what you get.  Sorry about any reflections in photos, it is difficult to photo shiny metal items. could use a little cleaning/polishing.
