~SHELL PINK MILK GLASS  TWO COMPOTES AND LOMBARDI BOWL~
These two pretty shell pink milk glass compotes and lombardi bowl were made by the Jeannette Glass Co. for only two years ( 1957-1959 ).
It was called "Shell Pink".
This pink opaque glass was designed with delicate coloring to blend perfectly with all kinds of flowers!
The trio is opaque glass with designs.
The compotes measures 5 1/2" high and 6" in diameter.
They are in the Windsor pattern and are in excellent condition.
The design has a beaded rim and the base stands on a beaded foot.
The footed Lombardi bowl measures 10" wide and 8" high.
It has a beautiful pattern of flowers and flowing swirls.
The bowl has a variation in pink coloring from top to bottom, probably from keeping flowers in it, this is not distracting because it is slight; the bowl also has a few straw marks on the inside and out side legs which I believe are original in the firing of the bowl.
This trio is lovely with beautiful coloring and would be a gorgeous centerpiece for your home!!
