You are purchasing a Vintage, Ceramic, (I think it is a Beagle) Dog, playing with or getting ready to chew on a Shoe or Boot.  It is Vintage, but I do not know the maker.  Stamped JAPAN on the bottom.  2.5" tall and 3" long.  In excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
