Vintage - DELAWARE The First State MINI LICENSE PLATE!!

This Unique license plate is made of metal and measures 2 inches
by 4 3/4 inches. It is almost identical to a regular car plate, just a
mini smaller version! The plate has a tiny scuff near left center edge
that is barely noticeable. Otherwise, great shape.
They were a popular item for kids bikes back in the day.
