    Offered is an incredible Syracuse hemidrachm from the time of Timoleon. Struck 344-317BC on a 14mm silver flan weighing 1.8 gm. Obv. Head of the nymph Arethusa facing left with three dolphins around. Rev. Forepart of Pegasos flying left. A nearly extremely fine example of a scarce issue. Purchased on ebay with confidence from "restbazar(244)" in 2017.
