    Our Rosie the Riveter Employment Badge Collar Pin is the result of requests by our customers, long hours of research by RosieCentral to create a pin as close to authentic as possible, and the inspired effort of our artist.
    The result is a Rosie collar pin that is
    historically accurate.
    The Rosie in the "We Can Do It!" poster worked in the Westinghouse Electric Service during WWII. This is the type of pin she wore when J. Howard Miller painted his iconic portrait.
    What is Rosie's Employment Badge Collar Pin?
    Today we have electronic cards, smart cards, fobs on our key chain and even biometrics to identify us in the workplace. During World War II some factories used cards but most had pins similar to this one--which is a dead ringer for that used at Westinghouse Electric Service.
    The two best things about our pin:
