    I have several of these that I bought some years back to locate our deaf white cat around the house and in the yard.
    Each trainer comes with a locator (yellow plastic device) that emits a signal. You carry the locator on a lanyard (included) and control the signal.
    Your pet wears the collar (or another collar) with the battery-powered clicker device that can be adjusted to emit a variety of sounds, including a click (for training) or a siren-like sound (for locating the animal).
