Hobart LXe Series Undercounter Commercial Dishwashers deliver best-in-class performance and durability in a compact space and are designed to save your operation time and money. Hobart's Advansys LXeR high-temperature sanitizing dishwasher washes away tough food soils with a powerful 38 gallons per minute wash pump and optimized spray pattern. The maximum 30 racks per hour rating helps keep up with busy workflows. A large 17 inch door opening combined with the NSF rated pot and pan cycle provides the versatility to wash cutlery, plates and glasses, as well as heavily soiled pots and pans. The Soft Start feature protects your glassware from chipping and breakage. The LXeR uses only .62 gallons of water per cycle and Ventless energy recovery condenses water vapor to keep steam out of the dishroom all while harnessing energy and saving money. Controls are intuitive and easy to use and the Smart Display notifies operators of common maintenance operations such as low chemical alerts and auto delime reminders, without using complex error codes. The LXeR is easy to clean with removable, snap-in wash and rinse arms, a deluxe strainer system, and a smooth, seemless interior. The automatic delime cycle ensures the unit and booster are properly delimed to preserve the life of the machine. Also available are the LXeH & C high-temperature and chemical sanitizing units, which provide a compact footprint and excellent wash performance and cleanability, but without energy recovery, steam removal, or automatic deliming. These units consume just .74 gallons of water per cycle and run up to 32 racks per hour with the LXeH and 34 with the LXeC. All LXe models are Energy Star qualified and are designed for low consumption of water, energy and chemicals to provide you with low cost of ownership.
