    This sale is for a Dranetz 808 Power Analyzer. Gov surplus, it power up when I put it in storage about 10 years ago. On power up today, I get a line of  dashes in the display. All I have for sale is what is shown in the photo, the analyzer and manual (the manual has a lot of the pages loose, not sure if they are all there). Sold as-is, untested, for parts or repair due to the fact that I can not get the display to show anything other than dashes.
