You are bidding on a large, very rare original antique print from an 1880s French illustrated journal.
It depicts a tenacious puppy (looks like a beagle) that has grabbed a fox by the tail and is holding on.
The caption reads:  Trop de Queue
which roughly translates to:   Too much tail (which I believe is an idiom for too much pride).
It is very large (folio size), measuring approximately 10.5 x 14.5 inches (26.5 x 36.5 cm). The picture fills most of the page, with a French caption below.
The page is in excellent condition for its age.
