    Freshly pumped breastmilk stored In a deep freezer. Baby was born mid December 2020 and milk is from March 2021 to present. I have had the C19 vaccine starting March 25th. I take daily prenatal vitamins and have a cup of coffee a day usually after pumping and 4 hours prior to next pump. I do not smoke or take drugs. Will have an occasional beer or glass of wine. Generally after a pump session and 4-5 hours before the next.
