USE
Suggested Use:
Take 1 packet daily, increase as needed. Do not exceed 3 packets per day. Add contents of packet into 6 oz of milk, dairy alternative, or smoothie and mix until dissolved. For best results, use a shaker bottle or whisk to aid in dissolving the powder.
Caution:
Do not use during pregnancy. Fenugreek may cause upset stomach or excessive gas, occasional loose stools and may lower blood sugar levels. On rare occasions, individuals allergic to peanuts or other legumes may experience allergic symptoms. Consult with your physician if other medications are taken with this product.
