I ship original discs in box with serial number affixed as seen in photos.
Now, technically, this is an upgrade, however, I include the old version necessary to complete the install.
Installing an upgrade takes 4 steps.
Insert disc to install software.
When asked for serial number, type in serial number of the CS5..
The serial number is coded such that it know you have an upgrade serial and will prompt you to install a second serial number from a qualified product.
Type in the second serial number, and the install will be complete!
I include the qualified product in the shipment so you will have it.
I toss the old version discs so to reduce weight and to prevent you from installing the wrong product.
Once again:  upgrade version = two serial numbers required!    That is the only difference from non-upgrades!!!
