I ship via Priority Mail as soon as they are freshly baked so they arrive fresh! They can also be frozen for up to 3 months, so if you order multiple batches they will stay fresh!
I have a Food Handlers card and have taken an OSHA course to ensure that your cookies are prepared in a safe and sanitary kitchen.

I bake on Tuesday, Thursday, and on Sunday mornings. If you place an order on Thursday afternoon, Friday, or Saturday they will be shipped out on Monday.
