2003 Chevrolet Silverado
The 2003 Silverado is a large pickup truck manufactured by Chevrolet. The Silverado is available in 1/2-, 3/4- and 1-ton configurations with both standard and extended cabs that provide seating for three or six. Each configuration is available with rear- or four-wheel drive, designated by the letters "C" for rear-wheel drive and "K" for four-wheel drive. For example, the C1500 is a rear-wheel drive model and the K1500 has four-wheel drive.
Our truck for consignment is an LT2 package, (6.0 Liter V8), and is a K, (K equals 4-wheel drive), 2500 (3/4 ton). The maximum towing capacity of the 2003 Silverado 2500 is 10,000 lbs. and the maximum payload is 2,563 lbs. The truck has a 34-gallon fuel tank with an EPA-estimated 14 mpg. On a full tank, the vehicle has a range of 476 miles. The extended cab version is 237 inches long. Both models are 76.8 inches wide and 74.3 inches high. The gross weight of the truck is 7,200 lbs. And those are this consignment by the numbers.
Exterior
This is an absolutely rust free truck from Georgia. It is bathed in its original factory Victory Red paint which is looking wonderfully preserved with nary a dent or ding when even looking closely. This tall truck uses some chrome along with black vinyl accenting for the bumpers, doors and bed lining. Being a crew cab a smaller swinging door directly behind the main doors offers easy access for the crew. Tinted windows are all around, and black mirrors and door handles new embedded or attached to this field of red paint. A tubular running board if you will, is below the rocker and aids with the climb in! The entire short bed is covered with a clean black liner and shows some light usage. On back is another chromed bumper and a towing setup below. 16 inch polished and slotted 8 lug big center hub wheels are wrapped by like new Goodyear Wrangler all weather tires. A tall 4x4 ready to haul...some ass.
Interior
Full on leather covers the front big comfy buckets and a 40/20/40 rear bench all of these showing off in beautiful tan. There is plenty of black accenting throughout, and as many conveniences with dual zone A/C, AM/FM/Cassette and CD, cruise control, power locks and windows, and a remote keyless entry. It is set up with a tow package for a standard hitch. A very clean black dash insert houses all the necessary gauges and all are working perfectly. Some blue Led readouts are seen for the radio and odometer. Above a nice tight headliner is attached and clean tan carpeting with protective rubber floor mats on the floors. Lest I forget a large center storage and console armrest with cupholders is between the wide buckets.
Drivetrain
Under the clean hood is a clean engine bay. Shoehorned within this clean space is a 6.0 liter V8 fed with EFI. There is a 4L80E 4-speed automatic transmission on the back and a 3.73 rear axle. Let's do some mudding'
Undercarriage
This has been well kept with some road dirt and slight surface rust showing in various locations but certainly nothing remarkable. Front torsion bars and rear leaf springs provide the ride and power disc brakes are on all 4 corners. A stainless steel exhaust will last a good long time on this truck.
Drive-Ability
A quick starter and off with plenty of power to spare to the test track. Nice endless acceleration, good power on the low end, and great easy steering and smooth handling. Braking is excellent, and the cruise is just as comfy. All working functionality with all the power accessories. The leather is very nice to sit in as well.
Here we have a used pickup which looks like new and runs as such. Well cared for, high optioned truck with a crew cab and short bed, time to go to work and boss that crew around!

Vehicle Pickup & Shipping:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility unless otherwise documented in sales agreement.
Deposit:
Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of accepted offer, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A 0 deposit is due within 48 hours of listings end to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due:
The remainder is due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
All Pennsylvania residents must pay applicable state and local tax, title and license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise documented on the sales agreement.  We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
