To ensure timely and satisfactory pickup of items purchased, please followthese payment and pickup guidelines:
1)  Payment should be made within three (3) business days after theclose of the auction.
2)  Pickup should be within ten (10) business days after the close ofthe auction, unless other prior arrangements have been made.
3)  Pickup will be at our Owensboro location or shipping charges apply.
4)  Pickup by appointment only Monday-Friday, between 8:00 am and3:30pm (central time) excluding holidays.
5)  To avoid confusion and misunderstandings, please be sure that youhave confirmed pickup details with Kenergy before coming in to pick up an itemyou purchased.
